01What is the warranty of products?
Our pulse valves are with 5 years or 1 million times cycle guarantee under normal working condition. Any quality problem within warranty period, we will send new replaceable parts for free.
02What about after sales service?
Our after-sales staff will reply within 12 hours. In the warranty period, replacement accessories are free. After the warranty period, we will charge for the accessories.
03How long is the delivery time for your products?
We always deliver in 2 days.
04Where is your factory?
We are located in Suzhou Industrial Park, one of the most-developed industrial parks in China — 30 minutes from Shanghai by high-speed train. We warmly welcome you to visit us.
