Every Xiechang pulse valve runs on the same pressure-balance principle: a diaphragm held shut by air pressure, released on command by an electrical signal.

Standby
Compressed air bleeds into the rear diaphragm chamber. Rear pressure exceeds front pressure, holding the valve sealed shut.
- 02
Activation
An electrical signal energizes the solenoid pilot, opening the unloading hole and venting the rear chamber instantly.
- 03
Blowing
Front-chamber pressure lifts the diaphragm clear of the seat, releasing a high-volume burst of air through the outlet.
- 04
Reset
The signal drops, the solenoid spring resets, and the damping hole re-equalizes pressure to reseal the valve for the next pulse.
