Knowledge Base
Practical answers for this product.
What is an explosion-proof pulse valve?
It is an air valve built around a flameproof solenoid coil, designed so any spark generated inside stays contained and cannot ignite combustible dust or gas in a hazardous zone.
How does Explosion-Proof Pulse Valve work?
An electrical signal fires the Ex-proof pilot, venting pressure from the diaphragm chamber. The pressure drop lifts the diaphragm and lets a strong burst of compressed air through to clean the filter bags.
What are the main advantages of Explosion-Proof Pulse Valve?
Strong safety margins for high-risk zones, a die-cast aluminum body, and reliable high-frequency pulsing, with IECEx-certified protection for hazardous-area installations.
What downsides should be considered for Explosion-Proof Pulse Valve?
The specialized flameproof housing costs more upfront than a standard valve, and the enclosure needs periodic inspection to confirm it hasn’t been damaged.
What is Explosion-Proof Pulse Valve Manufacturer used for?
Right-angle, male thread, submerged and straight-through explosion-proof valves built around a flameproof solenoid coil — engineered for hazardous dust environments with reliable...
Where is Explosion-Proof Pulse Valve used most?
Petrochemical plants, flour mills, coal-fired power stations, and metal processing — anywhere fine combustible dust creates an explosion risk.
