Pulse controller is an electronic controller for pulse fabric dust collector. The quality of the pulse controller reflects the equipment level of the bag filter. The pulse controller outputs one bit of driving voltage each time, and the duration of one driving voltage is called pulse width (pulse width); The interval time between two adjacent output driving voltages is called the pulse interval (interval); The time required for the control instrument to complete the drive output of all solenoid valves is called the pulse cycle, and the pause time between two pulse cycles is called the cycle interval cycle (cycle). Function Introduction：
SXC-X8A1- (1-120) model adopts a hanging transparent PC shell, which has a beautiful appearance, good dust resistance, and convenient installation.
There is a digital display on the panel, which can sequentially display the working sequence of the pulse valve. The pulse width, pulse interval, and cycle interval can be adjusted according to the cleaning requirements, controlling the opening and closing of the solenoid valve, and implementing timed cleaning of the dust collector. At the same time, there is a differential pressure control instrument input contact. After connecting the differential pressure control instrument and differential pressure transmitter, the differential pressure can be set for dust cleaning.
For the convenience of users to freely combine the number of pulse valves controlled, an extended output module is adopted, and the number of controls can be increased or decreased at will.
