The newly deployed platform is built on an Industrial IoT (IIoT) architecture, merging traditional Pulse Jet Valves with advanced sensors, edge computing, and cloud computing technologies.
Mobile Inspection: Sensors transmit the real-time status of pulse jet valves via IoT, allowing maintenance staff to perform “handheld inspections” through mobile devices.
Edge Computing & Active Alarms: Localized analysis allows for immediate detection of anomalies. The system provides “Active Alarming,” significantly reducing manual maintenance costs and response times.
Cloud-Based Intelligence: By leveraging AI decision-making models, the platform enables “Self-Adaptive Control” for the pulse jet valves, optimizing compressed air usage and cleaning efficiency.
