Watson Introduction:
Watson Company was founded in 1983 and began a joint venture with West Germany’s GVD company to design and produce defogger equipment in North America. In 1986, Watson Company acquired and accepted all the shares and technologies of GVD in the North American market. Since then, Watson Company has developed and researched the technology of bag filters and related accessories. It is now a professional company in the North American market that can provide the most complete bag filter and dust removal technology. All the pulse valves provided are high-quality products.
Watson Company is a professional manufacturer of pulse valves for bag filters, and can provide users with blowing cleaning technology. Watson Company has pulse valves ranging from 1 “to 4.5” that are used in baghouse and they are all used in bag dust collectors in industries such as power, cement, and metallurgy. They have been used for more than 5 years in various industries, which further demonstrates Watson’s professionalism.
The quality of the pulse valve directly affects the cleaning effect of the bag filter. Poor cleaning will result in high resistance of the bag filter, greatly reducing the lifespan of the bag, and easily causing bag breakage, leading to substandard emissions. Hundreds of pulse valves are hundreds of fault points in large bag filters, and the damage of individual pulse valves can affect the entire cleaning effect. Therefore, the quality of pulse valves is very important.
Installation instructions:
TD type right angle nut pulse valve is connected to the air pipe, sealed with a nut pressed sealing ring. During pulse valve cleaning, the inlet connection of the pulse valve is prone to loosening and falling off due to the pressure and inertia impact of the compressed air flow. This installation structure is located at the connection part of the compression nut, with elastic steel ring positioning, which can completely prevent the pulse valve from loosening and detachment due to inertial impact during spraying, and accurately ensure the installation position.
For the TD type nut pulse valve, the length of each ventilation pipe screwed in should not exceed 27 millimeters, so that when repairing and replacing the valve, the ventilation pipe can be easily pulled out of the pulse valve exhaust port, and the pulse valve can be smoothly removed upward, making installation and maintenance very convenient.
