1.Product introduction：
The three commonly used ZM pulse valves developed by Xiechang are a type of compression nut connection structure, which is an improved variety based on the Z-type right angle pulse valve.
2.Working principle:
The pulse valve consists of an solenoid post, a diaphragm, and a valve body. The area of the rear chamber of the diaphragm is larger than that of the front chamber, and the pressure force is large, causing the diaphragm to be in the closed position.
The pulse controller inputs an electrical signal, causing the solenoid post to engage the moving column, open the unloading hole, and quickly discharge the pressure gas in the rear chamber of the diaphragm. The pressure gas in the front chamber of the diaphragm lifts the diaphragm, opens the channel, and the pulse valve blows.
The electric pulse signal disappears, and the spring of the solenoid post immediately resets the moving column to close the unloading hole. The gas pressure and spring force in the rear chamber of the diaphragm close the channel, and the valve stops blowing.
The damping hole on the diaphragm plays a role in damping the airflow when the pilot head moves the column to lift the gas pressure for unloading. When the unloading hole is closed, the pressure gas quickly fills the rear chamber, causing the diaphragm to close the channel and stop blowing.

The compression nut pulse valve has the same performance as the Z-type pulse valve, such as high sensitivity, large air consumption, and stable operation. At the same time, it is used in conjunction with XC-XBD type, XC-XBS type box wall connectors, and XC-HJD (ZM) type special movable joints, with the characteristics of easy installation, easy maintenance, and reliable use.
3.Structural characteristics：
The inlet and outlet of the compression nut pulse valve are all made of special nuts (made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel material) and special sealing rings. They are sealed on the smooth outer wall of the inlet and outlet pipes and the valve body end, with a simple structure, convenient operation, and reliable sealing. The internal structure and positioning steel ring of the compression nut pulse valve inlet can be installed and used to prevent loosening due to inertial impact, while ensuring accurate installation position. After long-term use, stainless steel nuts can still ensure easy disassembly and assembly.
